Forgive me in advance if I sound ignorant, but are men allowed to attend FORTH meetings and if so what's the vibe towards them attending? I only know the bare minimum of what feminist means, but my girlfriend attended the slut walk in Rhode Island a week ago and now she's very enthusiastic about it. So, as an awesomely supportive boyfriend/an awesome human being I'd like to know more and be more involved, but I don't want anyone at FORTH to feel like I'm invading their space.

Men are always welcome and accepted at FORTH! In fact we have one man currently on our executive board. We value attendance of all interested in social justice, equal rights, and feminism.That doesn’t mean you have to be an expert it just means you have to be interested. It doesn’t matter what your gender identity, sex, or sexuality are all are welcome. I strongly encourage men to come.
